Several users have issued complaints about not being able to view Adobe® PDFs on the website. The following are several resolutions to this problem:

  • Problem: The PDF fails to load.
    Solution: Adobe® Reader® may be attempting to install updates and you need to click a confirmation screen. A lot of times this happens, but the confirmation screen is hidden behind the browser window. Minimize all windows so that you can see the desktop. If there is an Adobe® confirmation window, click through the prompts to make sure your software is up-to-date or you can cancel the update and the file should then load.

  • Problem: Computer locks up when attempting to load.
    Solution: This is most likely the same solution as above. Minimize all windows and look for a confirmation window on the desktop. Follow the solution above.

As with all software, you want to make sure your software is up-to-date. You can download the latest Adobe® Reader® by visiting Adobe's® website.
