The IT Help Desk at Columbia International University provides first level technology support to campus users. The IT Help Desk is the first contact point for IT services, support, and inquiries. We are standing by ready to assist you with your technological needs.

8am-5pm Monday-Friday
9am-12pm Saturday
Closed Sunday

SCC Fall/Spring Semester Operating Hours (Computers open for student use):
Monday-Thursday: 8am-12am
Friday 8am-9pm
Saturday 11am-9pm
Sunday Closed

SCC Fall/Spring Semester Coverage Hours (IT Staff on duty):
Monday: 8am-6:30pm
Tuesday-Thursday: 8am-8:00pm
Friday: 8am-5pm
Saturday: 11am-2pm
