IT POLICIES

Welcome to the Information Technology Policies page.

Columbia International University is obligated ethically and legally to ensure the integrity of our academic, financial and personal data. In our present information sensitive culture, it behooves us as an institution to do all that we can to protect our constituent data from potential corruption, loss or malicious dissemination. It is also our fiduciary responsibility to make sure CIU is operating within the spirit and letter of existing legal and regulatory requirements. In light of these constraints, we are required to enforce some administrative safeguards to protect the user and the network from unintentional or malicious tampering that could compromise the integrity of our data system.
