ResNet High-Speed Internet Access

Students, faculty, staff, alumni, and guests have the opportunity to connect their personal computers to CIU's high speed Internet access network, ResNet, for academic and campus visitation needs. Access points are located around campus for ResNet access, such as the men's and women's Dormitories, Student Center (wireless), Library, Student Computing Center, Fitness Center(wireless), Alumni Center(wireless), Schuster(wireless) and McQuilkin (wireless).

To connect to ResNet, users must first verify that their computers meet the minimum requirements listed below. For questions or assistance with compliance, email the IT Help Desk or call us at 803.807.5199. To connect to ResNet, all users are required to comply with our ResNet User Agreement Policy when they register with their CIUOnline login. See "To Connect to ResNet" instructions below. ResNet is maintained by the IT Services Department of CIU. For additional assistance, call 803.807.5199.
