Application
If you wish to apply for an open position, please follow these instructions:
- Download the application (the application is in PDF format and requires Adobe Acrobat Reader®. Click here to get Acrobat Reader 5.0.)
- Complete all information (including references and employment history). Although we realize that this information may be available on your resume, we need all blocks completed.
- Mail the hard copy of the application (with the original signature) to the Human Resources department along with a copy of your resume or curriculum vitae (CV). The mailing address is provided on the last page of the application.
Once we have processed your application, our procedure is to send it to the departments that have openings for which you are qualified, or to those of your request. The department head will call or write you directly if he/she is interested in interviewing you. If you do not hear from us within a couple of weeks, please feel free to contact us regarding the status of your application, at humanresources@ciu.edu or by phone at 1-800-777-2227, ext. 5009.
