Description

The Humanities program exists to prepare students for further education through a broad exposure to areas of study such as philosophy, literature, history and language. Students at Columbia International University who major in Humanities also have a major in Bible, since the Bible major is a requirement for all undergraduates. This biblical training helps Humanities students to develop a Christian world view and to evaluate the ideas and philosophies of their own culture. Students in the Humanities program are in a unique position to understand their world and to communicate the message of Jesus Christ effectively within that context.
