Attendance at CIU Undergraduate Preview Days Sets a Record

March 30, 2010

Great things are happening at Columbia International University, and the excitement is contagious.

At CIU's Undergraduate Preview Days in March, a record 86 high school students came to the Columbia campus to check out the school and to see what all the excitement is about.

During CIU Preview Days, students toured the campus, attended classes and chapel, ate lunch with CIU President Bill Jones, interacted with current students, chatted with professors and interviewed for scholarships.

New at this spring's preview days was the Reel Stuff video contest. Teams of CIU students produced feature videos about what makes CIU different. The videos were then played and judged at Preview Days to give the visiting high school students an idea of what CIU is like. The top prize brought the winners $1,000.
