Columbia International University’s growing business programs are gaining statewide attention in South Carolina. Scott Adams, the dean of the CIU School of Business & Professional Studies was a recent guest on the radio program “The South Carolina Business Review” heard on South Carolina Public Radio. He discussed CIU’s exciting business incubator, the John R. Cook Jr. Business & Entrepreneurship Center. Listen to what Professor Adams had to say here.

Meanwhile, construction is moving along on the $20 million William H. Jones Global Business & IT Center at the entrance to CIU. The Center will educate students in best practices for Business and IT and how to integrate those skills into the global world. The Center will also include a corporate training room for Columbia area business professionals to act as a catalyst for business development. Check out the construction progress here.
