CIU Students Play Key Role in Ministry to Refugees

CIU students volunteer to teach English to refugees and in the Columbia area.

Columbia International University students are connecting with international refugees resettling in the Columbia area. The students volunteer with “Bridges,” an ESL (English as a Second Language) program at Kilbourne Park Baptist Church. The program has reached people from 19 nations, opening opportunities to share the gospel with the refugees.
