What do you want to do after graduation from CIU? Currently, I am looking for a ministry job here. I have been working on the misionary candedacy trianing program at my church since last fall, and I will continue to work on it and to prepare for a mission work. I would like to work at a Chiristian camp in Tokyo where I went on a mission trip in the summer of 2006 & 2007. It is a privilage for me to introduce Jesus to the Japanese.

What has been your favorite class and why? It is a tough question because I liked many CIU classes. I like the OT and NT Bible classes very much. Teaching the Bible classes are wonderful because they have given me new perspectives about teaching.

Why did you choose CIU? When I started going to my church 1999 as a non-believer, I met many CIU alumni here in Columbia. A friend of mine from Japan, who invited me to go to an international Sunday School and shared One Verse Method (John 3:16) with me, also graduated from CIU. One of the families from my church reached out to me, treated me like a part of their family, and shared Jesus' love with me; the couple was also alumni of CIU. God had shown me His overwhelming love through many CIU alumni, and through them I learned about CIU. After being saved, I started having a strong desire to learn more about the Bible and to know God better. Many people recommended that CIU would be a great school to go to here in Columbia! It was not tough for me to choose CIU because I knew that many of my friends graduated from CIU and they told me that I would be able to receive strong biblical teaching from CIU.

What do you like best about CIU? CIU community and people! I am very thankful that God has given me amazingly supportive groups of friends, faculty, and staff here on campus. They trust and hold accountable to one another, in addition to helping me walk with Jesus stronger. I also like how CIU concerns about us, students, and how CIU prioritizes our spiritual transformation while we study.
