CIU Housing Policy
Undergraduate students who are single and under 21 years of age are required to live on campus unless they live with members of their immediate families or other relatives in the greater Columbia area. (Living with siblings must first be approved by the Housing Appeals Committee). The student must be 21 years of age before August 1st of the current school year to be eligible to live off campus during that school year.
Important Dates 2009-2010
Fall:
Move in date -- Wednesday, August 19 (New Students); Sunday, August 23 (Returning Students)
Move out date -- Saturday, December 19
Spring:
Move in date -- Sunday, January 17
Move out date -- Saturday, May 15
