Goal
The 4-week online CELTIC program explores proven techniques for teaching vocabulary, as well as speaking and listening, to K–12 and adult English language learners (ELLs) at various levels of proficiency, with a focus on adult learners. It includes opportunities for students to design their own lesson plans that are contextually applicable in a variety of instructional settings. It also focuses on developing practical skills through opportunities for teaching groups of learners which will give you the confidence you need to begin teaching immediately. Prerequisite is a college undergraduate degree.
