The Faculty and Program Director in Computer Science oversees the establishment, the curriculum design, the smooth operation, and the accreditation of cybersecurity program of the Kepha Institute.



  • Design and develop curriculum for Master of Science in Cybersecurity
  • Recruit and train adjunct faculty members
  • Facilitate the accreditation of Master of Science in Cybersecurity
  • Serve as project manager in academic related issues, including but not limited to course arrangements, academic calendar monitoring, course rotation, coordinating teaching load for adjuncts, and serve as advisor for some of the students in the program
  • Design and teach courses that fall in the expertise
  • Teach five courses (course sessions) each academic year

  • Experience fostering and reinforcing an environment that values unique experiences, cultures, backgrounds, and goals
  • Fluent in English and Chinese
  • 7+ years of related teaching and administrative experience required
  • Leadership and supervisory experience required
  • Doctoral degree in Cybersecurity, Cryptography, or Computer Science; experience in educational administration
