Ben Lippen School has an opening for Houseparents for the 2022-2023 school year. This position is dependent on enrollment.



Houseparents will serve as surrogate parents in an on-campus house.  This is a lifestyle position with great opportunities for ministry.  Houseparents are expected to provide for the fullest spiritual, intellectual, and social development of boarding students in the care of Ben Lippen School. 



Married couple required; college degree preferred, high school diploma required.  Experience working with high school aged students, especially international high school aged students, is desired.  Willingness to participate fully in the resident life of a boarding school is required.
