We also recommend budgeting approximately $220 in loan fees, $600 for books and supplies (though some programs include the textbooks in the cost), and $8,000 for room & board (for residential students only).

Pine View Apartments at Columbia International University is a diverse community of students, faculty, staff, and alumni. Conveniently located on the campus of CIU, Pine View offers many activities to promote community and foster relationships. It’s an excellent option for those looking for quality, affordable housing.
Pine View offers Efficiency, one-, two-, and three-bedroom apartments. Furnished apartments are also available in our two- and three-bedroom homes. Residents can choose to rent an entire apartment, or share a two- or three-bedroom apartment with roommates (without ever being responsible for paying for your roommates’ portion!).
