We also recommend budgeting for other indirect expenses such as: $1,200.00 for educational supplies/equipment, $1,200.00 for miscellaneous expenses, $220.00 for loan fees, $9,020.00 for living expenses, and $1,800.00 for transportation (residential students only).

Pine View Apartments at Columbia International University is a diverse community of students, faculty, staff, and alumni. Conveniently located on the campus of CIU, Pine View offers many activities to promote community and foster relationships. It’s an excellent option for those looking for quality, affordable housing.
Pine View offers Efficiency, one-, two-, and three-bedroom apartments. Furnished apartments are also available in our two- and three-bedroom homes. Residents can choose to rent an entire apartment, or share a two- or three-bedroom apartment with roommates (without ever being responsible for paying for your roommates’ portion!).

CIU does not provide student health insurance with the exception of international student athletes. All students are required to have health insurance coverage and are responsible for securing their own coverage.
