beyond the published dates. Additional

the University Registrar.

: It is the responsibility of the student to obtain a withdrawal form from the Office of the University
Registrar. Failure to attend classes does not constitute withdrawal, and failure to follow withdrawal procedures will result in
an “F” grade for all courses. Students withdrawing from school after the first third of any semester (or after the first day of
class for Winter or Summer studies courses) will receive a “WF” for all courses, except in the case of a granted medical or
administrative withdrawal. The tuition refund schedule for students withdrawing from school is available online.
