Biomedical Sciences (Minor)

The Biomedical Sciences minor includes many of the prerequisite courses necessary for admission to medical school or a variety of health-related graduate/professional programs. The courses are designed to prepare students for the rigors of advanced study in a variety of health-related careers. The Biomedical Sciences minor may be included with many different degree program options allowing the student to complete prerequisites while pursuing a major of interest.

These careers require a graduate or professional degree and training beyond the bachelor’s degree.  Your advisor will help you to understand and navigate the requirements for the type of program and schools that you are interested in.
