Withdrawal from ciu ssm
In cases where it becomes necessary or advis-
able for a student to withdraw from school, it is
the responsibility of the student to obtain a
“School Withdrawal” form from the Office of the
University Registrar for processing. Failure to
attend classes does not constitute withdrawal,
and failure to follow withdrawal procedures will
result in grades of “F” for all courses. Students
withdrawing from school after the first five weeks
of any semester (or after the first day of class in
the case of Winter or Summer Studies courses)
will receive a “WF” for all courses unless the rea-
son for withdrawing is illness or some other seri-
ous circumstance excused by the dean. Note the
