The . (Educational Administration) concentration is designed to provide professional growth opportunities
for ian educators in the field of Christian school educational leadership. Students are prepared to assume
lead roles in Christian day, missionary, international, or national cross-cultural schools.
The curriculum for this concentration provides opportunities to develop knowledge, skills, and dispositions in the
broad scope of Christian school administrative responsibilities. These include leadership theory, school law,
finan rinciples, faculty and staff supervision, data–informed decision making tegic planning, and
deve nt.
