Your Next Steps
1. Submit your Deposit & Paperwork
Submit the $100 enrollment deposit. The enrollment deposit is applied toward your first semester's tuition. If conditionally accepted, submit any outstanding requirements (such as final official transcripts) to become fully accepted. Missing requirements show on MyCIU under your Application Progress.
2. Apply for Financial Aid
If you are applying for financial aid, you follow these steps to ensure you are considered for all aid you may qualify for. Contact the Financial Aid Office with any questions at email@example.com or (803) 807- 5036.
3. Submit Health Form
All students taking classes on campus must submit a health form and insurance information before being cleared to register for classes. Students participating in collegiate athletics complete a physical form and outstanding requirements on the student athlete Front Rush portal.
4. Plan Housing
Residence hall students are required to submit a $100 housing deposit to reserve housing. Students living in the residence halls complete the New Student Housing Survey and review our list of room essentials and prohibited items. Single, double, or triple room requests and any preferences given on the New Student Housing Survey are based on availability and not guaranteed.
5. Visit Campus
CIU welcomes the opportunity to show what’s waiting here for new students interested in joining a tight-knit community of Christian students and educators who think globally and act locally, wherever they find themselves around the world. We offer both personal visits and group visits, and will customize your visit schedule based on what you want to experience while on campus!
Also, make sure to sign up for Admitted Student Day, a mandatory event that will be informative and essential for your life as a student here at CIU!
