The Cook School of Business seeking a full-time business faculty for the 2024-2025 academic year. Teaching assignments will include accounting, finance, economics, and others as needed. The business faculty will collaborate with the dean, other faculty members, and staff to equip students to make a kingdom impact through effective business leadership.

• Classroom instruction: Demonstrate excellence in classroom teaching and engagement.
• Student relationships: Advise students regarding university requirements and career opportunities. Mentor students and foster student-faculty relationships.
• Professional engagement: Participate in professional associations, research, and scholarship that support the professional discipline(s) taught.
• Personal growth: Model Christ-like character and conduct.
• Program evaluation: Collaborate with colleagues in utilizing best practice knowledge in curriculum development, classroom instruction, and student supervision. Collect, retain, and disseminate course and program data for accrediting bodies and maintain professional standards.

• Minimum master’s degree in business; accounting or finance preferred.
• Christian faith in accordance with the ethos of Columbia International University.
• Master’s degree required, doctorate in business or related field preferred.
