We are alumni of CIU - now retired. Both formerly in ministry and Law Enforcement. We have an RV and travel a good bit. This home is great access for you to drive to CIU. I will pay utilities. There is a pet deposit non-refundable. Just minutes from many stores including grocery and RX and restaurants. Lexington Schools! Very safe quiet subdivision called Cambridge Hill off Hwy 378.
