Feed horses and chickens daily (approx. 20 minutes a day)
Mow the lawn around the barn, main house and pastures with riding mower
Help put down mulch once a year
Weed whack around trees, driveway, etc.
Lawn care hours during during Spring and Fall: 10/hr a week
Lawn care during winter and dead of summer 3/hr a week (if that)

AC/Heated, large screen TV
Private entrance with porch overlooking woods, outside grill and seating area
Dog or cat allowed if housebroken and get along with Lab and Boykin Spaniel that live on property
